Manazel is building a residential project in the Northern District and a tower in the capital, for about 10 million dinars.

The General Manager of Manazel Real Estate Company, Faisal Sharaf, revealed that the company is currently working on finalizing a residential project consisting of two buildings in the Northern Governorate and another residential tower in the Capital Governorate, estimating the cost of the two projects at about 10 million dinars.
Regarding the dominance of citizens’ housing in the market, he pointed out that the social housing project launched by the Ministry of Housing since 2015 led to a remarkable boom through the real estate development of many projects that have become a suitable option for the Bahraini citizen.
Sharaf said: “The Ministry has sought during these years to develop this program in a manner commensurate with the capabilities of the citizen, which has led to an increase in real estate projects and the multiplicity of housing options on the market.” There was a contribution by the Ministry to support the citizen, so the permanence and continuity of this program remains present and can be developed continuously, vitally and actively.
He pointed out that customers and consumers always bet on several factors, the most important of which are quality and location first, and then the price, as quality means a good and integrated recruitment process between strong management, good planning, and continuous monitoring of businesses and projects, and all of these things lead to enhancing customer confidence and gaining their satisfaction.
Sharaf stressed that Manazel Real Estate Company always takes into account the quality and the appropriate price, which is a formula on the basis of which the company develops its residential projects to suit the conditions of citizens, pointing out that the company offers the option of direct installments over a period ranging between 7 to 10 years, as any citizen can own An apartment or house by paying an advance amount and the rest in installments, which is a competitive advantage that strengthened the company’s position in the real estate market.
He stressed that the real estate activity requires striving to achieve the highest levels of satisfaction among all customers, which is what the company seeks, taking an upward professional path that is reinforced by the great harmony in the practice of each of its mission, vision and values alike.
Regarding the plans of Manazel Real Estate Company, the General Manager said, “Over many years, we have worked to achieve the best and possible standards in the real estate market, through hard and innovative work, in a way that achieves the aspirations of citizens and customers and keeps pace with the real estate boom that the bulldozer market is witnessing in the Kingdom, especially after the launch of the Mazaya program. He continued, saying: “We are keen to study the real estate market and its needs on an ongoing basis, and accordingly we are developing a real estate development strategy to meet these needs, and the Saar residential complex project is not the last, as the company is currently working on developing final concepts for a residential project consisting of two buildings in the governorate.” North, which will be announced later this year, and another residential tower in the Capital Governorate, in addition to a residential building that is now being completed in the Jidali area.
The company recently announced the construction of 14 villas in Saar, which will be launched soon and will be compatible with the Mazaya program.
