•  Graduated from Manama Secondary School in 1973.
• Obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Basra, Republic of Iraq, in 1979.
• Since his graduation, he worked for ten years of service in the Central Municipal Authority (at that time) in the Department of Technical and Engineering Affairs, with the rank of engineer.

• In the year 1989, he devoted himself to self-employment, and established an office to provide engineering consultations and maps to customers, under the name of Faisal Sharaf Engineering. He has completed many vital projects such as buildings, villas and buildings throughout the Kingdom of Bahrain over a period of 19 years.

• In the year 2007, the activity of his engineering office was changed from engineering services to contracting and real estate development, and he has completed many vital projects, such as Marmar Towers (1) and (2), Bayan Tower, Blue Wave Tower, Al-Sahla Building, Falcon Building, Palmyra Building, Two buildings in Sanabis, Rose Amwaj building, four buildings in Hamad Town, Jidali building, 12 villas in Salmabad, 14 villas in Saar, 14 villas in Hidd, Al Hayat Plaza Hotel, and also two projects under construction in Juffair, 25 floors, and in the foot area, 10 floors, and many more Of the scattered projects in different parts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
